The modern world poses many challenges for those who wish to be more focused and productive. Distractions abound. Some even come in disguise, seeming to be an important tool, like your email or your Smartphone, or the Internet. Yes, they are useful, but they can quickly eat up time and sap your energy to start getting real, productive work done. They can also ruin your focus as they ping, ring, or lure you down all sorts of unimportant paths while you try to produce your best work.

In this multimedia course, you will learn more about focus and productivity: what they are, why they are important, and how to improve them. You will also learn about how to create better habits for more success at home and in the workplace.

And since the morning sets you up for the rest of the day, you will also get a 7-Day morning makeover challenge to help you start every day the successful way.

In this course, you will get nearly 1.5 hours of audio training, plus lessons, handouts and more. If you’ve been struggling to concentrate and get everything done, and done well, it’s time to tackle your focus and productivity issues.

Do you constantly feel as though you are a “day late and a dollar short”? That you are working as hard as you can, but don’t seem to be getting anywhere?

You are NOT alone. Many people struggle with the same issues, and come to us for life coaching because they feel sure there has to be a better way to live their life, so they feel happier, more successful, and fulfilled, with a solid record of achievement they can be justly proud of.

While working as life coaches, we have found several common denominators in what our clients tell us with regard to wanting to change their lives but not being sure where to start. The first one is focus. It is so easy to be distracted these days. We have new challenges all the time in terms of workplace, technology, and a never-ending list of things to do.

Technology might have saved us time in the long run, but it can also eat up time if we’re not careful about how we use it. Some people are married to their gadgets, not their spouses. They even use them as babysitters for their while they eat up their time texting, browsing, shopping and so on.

In terms of productivity, the lack of focus means a lack of solid achievement. It is really hard to be productive when you’re constantly being interrupted by your phone, email pings, and so forth. It is also a case of mindset. There’s a difference between busy-ness and doing business. There is a difference between busy-work and actual productivity, that is, producing a product, a tangible result that people can see, like a report, article and so on.

A third area we see our clients having issues with are good habits vs. bad habits. Sometimes a good habit can seem like a bad habit and vice versa. Some people have trouble setting any habits at all. This can lead to problems with timetabling, issues with spouses, and so on.

One final issue that we have noted is how you start your day. In our household, we are all morning people. This tends to help us get more work done during the day while people are still sleeping, giving us a real head-start.

It might also mean we work longer hours, but we also get more done and are able to set our own schedules more easily than people who are stuck in nine-to-five jobs and feel chained to a desk. It’s hard to produce your best work when you are in a bad frame of mind. A morning makeover might just put the spring back in your step.

If you struggle every morning to get out of bed and start a productive work day at home, or head out the door with everything you (and the family) need, and get to work/school on time, a morning makeover could be just what you need to help you become more focused and productive.

In this course we will be looking at these 4 main problem areas. We have included three audio books on Focus, productivity, and good habit would creation to help inspire you to make positive changes in your life. WE have also includes a 7-day morning makeover challenge to get you motivated to start being more productive every day.

So let’s begin with meeting your instructors, getting your course downloads, and starting with how to become more focused.
