There are plenty of books and courses out there about health and wellness, so why write another one? Because despite all we know about health here in the US, there are record-numbers of people who are obese, suffer from depression, heart disease and diabetes, and are generally walking around feeling stressed out, drained and miserable. Clearly the healthy living messages are not getting through.

Why might this be the case?

Because in many instances, the information is confusing or contradictory. Some people also assume that a doctor knows best, so if they have not been to one recently, they must be okay. In addition, it’s something people tend to put off, like dieting. They don’t take action because there is always tomorrow. Or, young people like our co-author Alanna think that there’s plenty of time to worry about their health when they get older.

But once she became a health writer, she learned that the choices we make when we are younger have a direct impact on our health as we age. That being the case, we’ve put this course together with 101+ health tips and advice to make it as easy as possible to make smart choices.

It is also important to note that women ARE different. We have special health issue and challenges that men don’t. We will take a look at several of the most important, so you can maintain a high quality of life no matter what age you are.

Let’s meet the instructors, download your course materials, and get started on the path to better health.
