* Your own fast breakfast sandwich.
If you love fact food but hate the price and salt, why not try your own breakfast sandwich or muffin? I use a microwave poacher, some frozen sliced muffins and a slice each of american cheese and low salt ham.

Put the egg or eggs into the poacher, leave as is, or beat it for a scramble egg, and cook in the microwave for about 30-60 second depending on how powerful your oven is.

Put the muffin or bagel halves on a plate with cheese on one, ham on the other, and heat for about 20 seconds of until the bread is warm and not stiff. Place the egg on one half, top with pepper and ketchup and the other half. Wrap it in a paper towel, and off you go. A great hot breakgast sandwich in less than 2 minutes, and at a fraction of the price you would pay outside the house.

* Try a breakfast burrito.
A breakfast burrito made with scrambled egg from the microwave, with some cheese, some salsa, a bit of ham or sausage, all wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla, is another fast way to get a good breakfast without spending a lot of time or money.
