* Use your leftovers cleverly.

Leftover quiche with some bacon, sausage or ham, or leftover Yorkshire pudding with a sausage link or pattie or two on the side, can all make great breakfasts the next morning.

If you are doing a stir fry with onions and green pepper, or Italian fod with diced tomatoes, peppers and onions, cut up more than you need, cook them, then spoon some out into a separate dish to use as an omelette filling the next morning.

I have a GT express and it makes a mini omelette in minutes that I can take on the go without ever having to worry about watching it or turning it over.
Better still, I can line the compartment with pop and fresh biscuit dough, pour all the ingredients on top, and within 5 minutes I have a piping hot sandwich I can wrap and run with.

I also use the empty plastic Beneful dogfood containers once my dog has eaten it all (as a treat for the dogs-otherwise it is ‘junk food’ they should not eat too often. You can use them as mini dishes on the go with a handy plastic knife and fork. Just pop the top on and off you go.  Just remember to recycle them if you don’t bother to bring them home at the end of the day.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, to ensure that you can concentrate on your work and don’t have allo sort of blood sugar ups and downs.
