Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is a natural product made from apples. The apples are ground down to obtain the juice. Yeast is then added to encourage fermentation. Then bacteria are added to make acetic acid, or vinegar. It’s an all-natural product, and one that can improve your digestion and balance the acidity versus alkalinity in your body.
