The year 2020 will be one most of us will never forget, for various reasons. It’s easy to watch the news and just want to curl up under the covers and wait for all of the ‘serious stuff’ to just go away.

We may not have much control over what is happening in the world, but we DO have control over how we respond to it. We can either feel depressed that we are stuck in lockdown, or we can think about using this time to recharge our batteries and re-think our priorities.
