Apple Cider Nut Bread

What You Need:

2 C unbleached flour
1 C sugar
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1 t ginger
1/4 t ground cloves
1/4 t nutmeg
1/2 C pecans, chopped fine
1/2 t salt
2 lg. eggs
1/2 C canola oil
1 C unsweetened applesauce
1/4 C apple cider

How to Make It:

Place the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Mix together.
Add in the nuts.
Stir to combine.
In a separate bowl place the egg, oil, applesauce, and apple cider.
Beat with an electric mixer until well blended.
Add to the dry ingredients.
Stir until completely moistened.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
Bake 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely before slicing.
