Did you know that you can give Kindle Books as gifts? Look on the right hand side of each page on Amazon. You should see a button that says “Give as a Gift.” Click on this button and you will be taken to the sign in page for Amazon. Put in your password, and you will be taken to a page titled, “Complete your gift purchase.”
You can email the gift directly to your recipient via Amazon and set the date you would like it to be delivered. You can also send a personalized message in the interface so they know who sent it and give them your best wishes. (Note that there is a 300 character limit for the message.)
Click the golden “Place your order button” on the top right side of the page, on the blue stripe, and you order will be processed instantly. Your receipt will appear under your digital orders in case you need to print out a receipt. It’s that easy!
