* 1 5 1/2-ounce can apricot nectar, chilled
* 2 medium peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
* 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice or lime juice
* 1 1/2 cups carbonated water, chilled
* Fresh raspberries and orange peel curls (optional)
Blend all except the last ingredient on high speed til blended.
Pour into a tall glass and top with the optional raspberries or peel curls.
The raspberries will add a nice peach melba touch to this cooling summer drink/dessert.
