Peach and Apricot Slushie

    * 1 5 1/2-ounce can apricot nectar, chilled

    * 2 medium peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced

    * 1 1/2 cups crushed ice

    * 1 tablespoon lemon juice or lime juice

    * 1 1/2 cups carbonated water, chilled

    * Fresh raspberries and orange peel curls (optional)

Blend all except the last ingredient on high speed until blended.

Pour into a tall glass and top with the optional peel curls or raspberries.

Choosing the raspberries will add color, and a nice peach melba effect, to this cooling summer beverage/dessert.
