Around 50% of the population of the US makes a resolution at New Year’s, but only 35% of them ever manage to stick with it by the end of February.
Part of the secret to resolution success is to go for goals that really means something to you. The next key component is to make sure you can track your progress towards your goal in some way. If you want to lose weight, for instance, get on the scale and note down your weight in a journal. If you want to get a college degree, track your progress class by class and credit by credit.
